Welcome to Havenstock Watches. These Terms of Service govern your use of havenstockwatches.com and purchases made through our website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Havenstock Watches

Havenstock Watches is a UK-based online watch retailer offering genuine branded watches to customers in the United Kingdom and supported international destinations.

2. Our Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. All watches sold by Havenstock Watches are 100% genuine.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography and manufacturer updates. Measurements and specifications are provided for guidance and may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer.

3. Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where necessary.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected on the website or at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may then choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. A contract for the purchase of the goods is formed when your order is accepted and processed for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, fraud or misuse is suspected, or we cannot deliver to the address provided. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Havenstock Watches does not directly store complete payment-card details.

7. Delivery

We provide free shipping to all supported delivery destinations. Available destinations and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

For UK consumer orders, unless otherwise agreed, goods will ordinarily be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.

8. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

9. Cancellations and 14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns policy. For qualifying online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To request a return, contact us within the applicable return period. Returned products should be unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, returned with original packaging where reasonably possible, returned with included accessories, documentation and components, and kept in a condition suitable for resale.

Return postage is not free for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless we state otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, Havenstock Watches will provide an appropriate remedy and may cover or reimburse reasonable return postage where required.

10. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may mean that it takes additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Where required by law, standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your watch is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. UK consumers have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. These rights exist independently of our returns policy and warranty.

12. Two-Year Warranty

Havenstock Watches provides a 2-Year Warranty on eligible watches, beginning from the date of delivery.

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects and does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration caused through normal use, unauthorised repairs or alterations, or damage resulting from use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

13. Authenticity

Havenstock Watches guarantees that the watches we sell are genuine products. Brand names, trademarks and logos displayed on products remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical problems. We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

15. Intellectual Property

The Havenstock Watches name, website design, written content, graphics and other original material on our website may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to interfere with the website’s operation or security, to introduce malicious software, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to infringe the rights of Havenstock Watches or any third party.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

For consumers, Havenstock Watches is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. These Terms do not restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

18. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as necessary to operate the website, process orders, provide customer service and fulfil our legal obligations.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applying to your purchase will normally be those displayed on the website when your order is placed.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the law applicable where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights available to you.
