Are your watches genuine?

Yes. All watches sold by Havenstock Watches are guaranteed 100% genuine.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Please see our Warranty page for full details.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Tracked delivery is complimentary to all 43 destinations currently supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and tracked delivery typically takes 10–15 working days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are emailed once available. For UK deliveries, tracking may show little or no movement during the international transit stage and can activate once the parcel reaches the UK carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver to 43 supported destinations with complimentary tracked delivery. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for current delivery, duties and tax information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been dispatched. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to online purchases.

Can I return my order?

Eligible online purchases can normally be cancelled within the applicable 14-day cancellation period. Return postage is payable for change-of-mind returns. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy before sending anything back.

What if my watch is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by Havenstock: we will provide the appropriate return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable, without leaving you responsible for return costs. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
